Hey Bryne, Dont quote me on this but I think I recall Gaz saying your better with a double skin tent. Ask DC or Derek they could maybe tell you especially if it is for the snakebite rally. Hope this helps Nichola

If only for one night a single skin is good enough if we don't get last weekends weather. Ok as long as you don't rub the tent skin as this will draw the water through. I used a single skin tent for the last 5 years (£25) untill the Orchard County rally when i ripped my way out and recked it. To me a double skin is colder as the inner tent is just a fine sheet and mesh sown unto the ground sheet. Bloody wind howls in under the flysheet. Single skin unless you into the more expensive double skin range is more draught proof. Personal oppinion.
